Metric Century sign-in/registration  -- 6:45 a.m.  Roll out 8:00 a.m.
30-Mile sign-in/registration -- 8:00a.m.  Roll out 8:30a.m.

LOCATION:  Start and finish at Biogen Idec's beautiful Morrisville (RTP) campus.  Wind your way through RTP and out towards Falls Lake and for those heading out on the metric century, across Falls Lake and into picturesque Granville County!

When you're done, relax and enjoy ice cream and all the fixins in the AIR CONDITIONED Biogen Idec facility.  Mike from Mindful Massage
